AWEI Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Period
We offer a 7-day refund policy and a 15-day replacement policy starting from the date you receive your order.
If your product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, you may request a refund or replacement within this period.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels.

A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or accident.

Accessories, gift items, or promotional giveaways.

Products returned without prior authorization from Awei Customer Support.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to Awei’s fault.
5. Warranty Policy
All Awei products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:

Physical or water damage.

Misuse, modification, or unauthorized repairs.

Consumable parts such as batteries, cables, or ear tips (unless defective at delivery).

7. Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by our error (wrong item or defective product), Awei will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
8. Third-Party Sellers
Return and refund policies may vary depending on the platform or authorized reseller where the product was purchased.

9. Data Security (for Storage / Network Products)
Before returning any device, please back up and delete all personal data, including files stored on internal or external memory, and any data associated with user accounts or mobile applications.
Awei is not responsible for any data loss, leakage, or privacy risk caused by failure to back up or remove personal information before returning the product.
10. Legal Terms
This policy applies only to products purchased directly through official Awei channels.
If there is any inconsistency between this policy and the return/refund policy of a third-party platform, the platform’s policy shall prevail.
In case of conflict between this policy and applicable local consumer protection laws, the relevant local laws shall apply.
Awei reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
The latest version will apply to all new orders and service requests submitted after the date of publication.
