2. Confirm that the audio output of the connected device is set to the corresponding headphone model and increase the volume of the device

Please try the following troubleshooting steps.
-Use the default phone call on another phone and see if there is any difference
-Reset the headphones and see if the problem still persists
If it still cannot be resolved, please contact our after-sales customer service.
4、How to maintain headphones
1. Use headphones regulary to avoid excesive discharge, which can damage the lifespan of the headphone batery. We recommend using headphones atleast once a month.
2. Please charge the earphones afer use. To extend the lifespan of the batery,it is recommended not to wait untilthe remaining charge is 20% or less beforecharging.
3. Please open the charging case cover at least once a month to ensure thatthe eaphones are stil functioning properly, and charge the charging case at leastonce a month.
4.Regularly clean the charging pins on the earphones and charging case
5. Keep the earplugs clean and regularly clean the metal mesh filter under the rubber earplugs with a small amount of alcohol.If the headphones come into contact with liquid, please use a hair dryer to dry the outer shell
5、Unable to charge headphones/charging case
Please try the following methods:
If the earphones cannot be charged
1. Use a dry cloth and alcohol disinfectant to clean the charging contacts on the earphones and charging case, ensuring that the contacts are clean and dryAfter correctly placing the eaphones into the charging comparment. you can check if the earphones are charing propery by flashing the LED indicator ioht onthe charging compartment.

3. If the charging compartment ight is not on, check if the power supply is normal if the cable is plugged in properly, and ty replacing the charger and charging cable
4. Reset your headphones. If the above methods still fail to charge, please put the earphones back into the charging compartment, close the cover for 6seconds,and then try opening the cover again.
6、I can't find my headphones on the AWEl app
Please follow the steps below..
Connect the earphones to the phone
-Open the AWEl user app and click on "Add Device".
-Then select the headphones, and the headphone name will pop up for you to connect.
-If there is no pop-up screen, please click "Manual Settings"
-Then you will see a list of headphone names on the homepage - click on 'Connect'

9、The earplugs do not fit the ears and always fall out of the ears
We ofer earplugs in diferent sizes, and we believe you wil ind the right size. You can also refer to the folowing steps to find the most secure and comfortablewearing method
1. Check the L/R loao on the back of the earbuds to ensure that they are worn correctly on both ears
2. Choose the earplugs that are most suitable for your ear canal and replace them.

1. Enter the Bluetooth menu of the device, delete the pairing record of the earphones, and then turn of Bluetooth.
